Questions

The honest answers

No fine print, no surprises. If your question isn't here, a fifteen-minute call will sort it.

Seven days from kickoff. Week one follows the standard rhythm: intake Monday, filming brief Tuesday, your upload Monday of week one, first cut 48 hours later, final delivered Friday.

Works for all of them. The rhythm is the same, you film on a phone using our Playbook, we edit. Cocktail pours, latte art, opening rituals and behind-the-bar stories film just as well as a cellar-door tasting. Wine and beer lead our current portfolio because cohort 1 of Foundation Members is wine + beer only; the Open Hours cohort for bars and cafés opens September 2026.

You own the raw footage and the finished videos forever. We retain a non-exclusive right to use finished work in our own marketing, attributed and tasteful.

Two revision rounds are included. Most venues love V2. If you genuinely hate the direction, we reset with a new editor or refund the month pro-rata. We'd rather stop than produce work we're both unhappy with.

Not on Edit Partner, that's the deal: you film on a phone, we edit. On-site filming comes with a Content Partner retainer, or as a one-off On-Site Story add-on from month three onwards.

No. We ask for IG Insights access for 30 days so we can learn what works for your audience, but whether to publish each piece is always your call.

No. We're a small, focused, done-for-you editing service. Australian creative direction, expert craft, one team. We do one thing, short-form video for venues, and we try to do it better than anyone else.

None. All three packages are month-to-month. Pause any time with 30 days' notice. Cancel with the same.

Because we deliver short-form video, and because we're the short cut between 'we should post more' and 'we posted four good things this week.' Also because the .com.au was available.
